Why have I not received my MINI ChargeForward incentives yet?

The payout processes for incentives earned from your local utility and the Carbon Dividend program are different.

 

The incentives earned by participating in the Carbon Dividend program will be accrued after each quarter. The payout will be twice a year in Q1 and Q3 (dates subject to change) if your total amount is equal to or above $5.

 

Check your spam email/junk folders for an email from: noreply@Dash.Digital and ensure your inbox is not full. If you still cannot find your incentive email, contact mini.assistance@askminiusa.com and include your MINI ID and VIN.”
