Why did my electric vehicle enrolled in the ChargeForward Program not reach the target battery level even though it was plugged in?

Reaching your target battery level (State of Charge - SOC) is of an upmost priority while calculating your ChargeForward Charge Plan. If your vehicle did not reach its target SOC even though it was plugged in, it could be because:

  • There was not enough time to reach your target SOC.*
  • An unexpected event, like an outage or a charging error, took place.
  • The vehicle was plugged out prior to your set departure time.

*The time is measured from plug in to the departure time set up. Different departure times can be defined. ChargeForward will consider the closest to the plug in time.
