Why am I not receiving text message alerts from MINI ChargeForward?

If you are not receiving any text messages from MINI ChargeForward, your number might be blocked. Follow these steps to unblock your number:

  1. Text UNBLOCK, UNSTOP or START to the MINI phone number +1 (855)-598-1645.
  2. If you still are not receiving texts, contact our support at mini.assistance@askminiusa.com or call us at +1 866-ASK-MINI (866-275-6464) to request your phone number to be unblocked.
  3. Once your number is unblocked, you will need to sign up again.

 

Follow the steps below to sign up:

  1. Open ChargeForward within the MINI App from your Apple or Android device
  2. Tap the Settings tab
  3. Tap the Notifications tab, you may need to scroll to the right
  4. Tap the Sign Up button
  5. Enter your phone number
  6. Tap the checkbox to agree to the terms
  7. Tap the blue Sign Up button
  8. Shortly after signing up, you will receive a text message from MINI ChargeForward
  9. Text JOIN to finalize

In case you wish to stop receiving the text messages, simply text STOP.
