Your Carbon Dividend Daily and Quarterly Rewards will be paid out twice a year, after the end of quarters 2 and 4. Your Payment will be provided by InsurCard (bmw@insurcardportal.com). For the payout of your utility incentives, please open ChargeForward or ChargeForward inside the MINI App. Select "My Programs" on the Settings tab and click "Read More". Under "How it pays" and "How it works" sections you will see more information about the utility incentives and how/when they will be paid out.
For local utility programs:
- California Utilities: You will receive your accrued incentives twice a year in Q1 and Q3.
- DTE: You can earn $5 per month for joining and remaining in the program. The program duration is from July 2025 through December 2026.
After DTE validates your eligibility for the program, ChargeForward participants will begin automatically receiving their incentive directly to their PayPal or Venmo accounts. If DTE cannot identify a PayPal or Venmo account linked to the email address enrolled in the program, we will reach out to you separately with instructions on arranging your incentive payment through PayPal or Venmo. If eligible, we’ll send you a $5 incentive at the end of each month. Your reward is dependent on your enrollment and participation for the duration of the program.
If you have any problems or questions with receiving your monthly incentive, please contact SmartCharge@dteenergy.com. - Eversource: Depending on the program you chose while enrolling, you will receive $10/month or $25/month credited to your account.
- PSEG LI: For participating you can get $50 at the end of the season. If eligible, you will receive an email from support@evchargingrewards.com with the payout selection. After selecting, the payout will be made 6 weeks after the end of the summer DR season.
- SMUD: For participating in the program, you get an additional $20 at the end of each quarter. You receive an ongoing quarterly payment via check. The checks are mailed out the month following the end of a quarter, i.e., Q2 checks will go out in July. As long as you are enrolled at the end of a quarter, you will receive the $20 check for the quarter.
- Xcel Energy: For participating in the Charging Perks program, you will receive an additional $150 annual reward at the end of the year for participating with a Level 2 charger. These incentives will be provided to you via bill credit.
