What benefit does the personal hotspot offer in my MINI?

Compatible devices with Wi-Fi interfaces can use the Internet connection according to the permissible data volume for the Personal eSIM via the personal hotspot. Up to ten devices can be connected to the personal hotspot simultaneously. If another device is to be registered, a device that is already registered must be deleted. 

 

To activate the personal hotspot and register a device, proceed as follows:

  1. Go through the menu as follows:
  2. Apps menu
  3. "All"
  4. Select “Personal hotspot”.
  5. Log the desired mobile device into the personal hotspot:
    • Scan the QR code shown in the control display.
    • Enter the displayed access data on the mobile end device.

The number of connected mobile devices is displayed.
