How do I delete all primary users and secondary users in my MINI with Operating System 9 and in the MINI App?

In your MINI with Operating System 9, one primary user and up to six secondary users can log in with their MINI IDs. Upon login of a MINI ID in the vehicle, it is automatically added to the MINI App and the MINI portal of all users stored in the vehicle. To delete all primary users and secondary users of the vehicle in your MINI and in the MINI App, reset it to factory settings:

  1. Apps menu
  2. "Vehicle"
  3. "System settings"
  4. "Reset vehicle data"
  5. "Reset".
