How do I change the primary user of my MINI with Operating System 9?

In MINI vehicles with Operating System 9, one primary user and up to six secondary users can log in with their MINI IDs. The user who first adds the vehicle to their MINI ID is the primary user. All other users are secondary users with limited rights. Only the primary user can save a secondary user as the new primary user. To do this, log in to the vehicle with the MINI ID of the primary user and select:

  1. "MINI ID" (bottom right profile icon)
  2. "Change MINI IDs"
  3. "Manage MINI IDs".
  4. Set one of the stored secondary users as the new primary user.

All users involved will be notified of the change by e-mail.
