How does the industrial remanufacturing process of original MINI remanufactured parts work?

The remanufacturing process begins with a professional disassembly of the corresponding parts at an authorized MINI dealer. The parts are then subjected to an elaborate cleaning process. Before the parts are remanufactured, they are subjected to a visual and functional check. During remanufacturing, parts are expertly dismantled, components are tested, defective components are replaced by industrial installation and the parts are subsequently tested again. Sensitive wear components are replaced, and the electronics are upgraded to the latest software version if possible.
