How does Lane Departure Warning work in my MINI with Operating System 9?

The Lane Departure Warning system with active return alerts the driver when their vehicle is about to leave the road or lane. An automatic steering intervention helps to keep the vehicle in its lane. The sensors detect the traffic situation in their detection range. The Lane Departure Warning can be activated, deactivated, and configured on the Interaction Unit. Warnings are displayed on the Interaction Unit. In addition, the steering wheel vibrates at the set intensity. If you set your turn signal for the corresponding direction before leaving your lane, no warnings are displayed.
