I forgot the password for my MINI ID. What can I do?

If you have forgotten the password for your MINI ID, request a new password for your MINI ID via the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of the MINI App or My MINI Garage. You will then receive an e-mail and must create a new password for your MINI ID within four hours. If you do not receive an e-mail, check your spam folder.
