What can I do if I have locked myself out of my MINI?

If you have locked yourself out of your MINI, you can unlock your vehicle via Remote Services in the MINI App. Simply open the app on your smartphone and tap the unlock icon to open your MINI.

To use this function, your vehicle must be linked to your MINI ID and the MINI App must be installed on your smartphone. You can download the app free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

 

If you are unable to unlock via the MINI App, contact MINI Roadside Assistance at 1-866-646-4772 (1-866-MINI-RSA) to request locked-out service.
