Why is Amazon Alexa Car Integration no longer available in my MINI with MINI Operating System 9?

With vehicle software 26-07, "Hey Alexa", i.e., Amazon Alexa Car Integration, is no longer supported in vehicles equipped with Operating System 9. Activate the Intelligent Personal Assistant, simply by saying "Hey MINI" or even just "MINI", to interact with music, vehicle functions, and more.
