Can I use the MINI Digital Key Plus for my MINI with Operating System 9?

MINI Digital Key Plus is available for all MINI models with MINI Operating System 9, except the MINI Convertible. The MINI Convertible gets only MINI Digital Key. Comfort Access Keyless Entry is a prerequisite for this feature.

 

MINI Digital Key is compatible with select iPhone, Google Pixel, and Samsung Galaxy devices. Refer to list of compatible smartphones and smartwatches. Please note that related apps such as the Wallet app, My MINI App, and all smartphone app stores need to be up-to-date for Digital Keys to be accessible and to share Digital Keys. This feature depends on various preconditions with regard to smartphone hardware, network provider, and markets.
