Will my MINI with MINI Operating System 9 receive regular Remote Software Upgrades even without MINI Connected Plus?

Yes. In your MINI with MINI Operating System 9, regular Remote Software Upgrades are available even without MINI Connected Plus. With Remote Software Upgrades, your MINI receives quality improvements regularly or as required and, model and equipment, new functions or functional improvements over-the-air free of charge. You will be informed via a push message in the vehicle or in the MINI App as soon as a Remote Software Upgrade is available for your vehicle. You can then download and install it via the SIM card installed in the vehicle or via the MINI App. Your vehicle must be connected to your MINI ID in the MINI App.
