If I request a refund for an order made in the MINI Connected Store, which payment method is used to credit the amount?

The refunded amount will be credited via the payment method you used for the order. Please see MINI Connected Terms for full details about our cancellation and refund policies. A refund request can be made by calling MINI Assist Customer Care at 1-866-860-0060 or via email at customercare.miniassist@miniusa.com.
