Does the MINI App inform me about an unplanned charging interruption of my MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle?

Yes. The MINI App informs you about an unplanned interruption of the charging process of your MINI electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle via a push notification. With the push notification and in the "Charging plan", you get information about possible causes and solutions.

 

You can also find useful tips under "Charging History":

  • "Vehicle" tab
  • Scroll down to Charging (module) 
  • Select "More"

Please note:  In the MINI App settings, you must "allow notifications"

  • "Profile"
  • "Settings"
  • "Allow push notifications"

In the "Charging" submenu, you can activate or deactivate the notifications for individual subcategories of charging events
