What are the benefits of a MINI App widget on my smartphone?

Widgets for the Apple iPhone and Android smartphones are available for selected functions of the MINI App. The widget gives you information on the status of your MINI and allows you to run Remote Services with a single click without opening the MINI App. Depending on the model and equipment of your MINI, various widgets display the following information individually or in combination: Vehicle overview, vehicle status, vehicle position, remaining range, last trip, driving statistics. Depending on the model and equipment of your MINI, you can currently run the following Remote Services: Unlock/lock vehicle, activate light, activate horn, start ventilation/air conditioning.
