Can I use the MINI App to make a service appointment with my MINI service center to pick up or return my MINI?

You can book a service appointment with pick-up or return of your MINI at participating MINI service centers in the MINI App:

  1. Select "Make an appointment" in "Vehicle"
  2. "My Dealer" and a date for your service appointment. Ask for the pick-up or return option if this is available.

Please note: The option is initially transmitted to the MINI service center as a non-binding request. Your MINI service center will then contact you for a binding confirmation of the appointment with your desired handover option.
