How do I start a charging process for my MINI with a MINI Controller at a public charging station in the MINI App?

To start a charging process for your MINI at a public charging station in the MINI App, select:

  • "Vehicle" (tab)
  • "Charge here" ("Charging" menu)

To start the charging process by scanning the QR code at a public charging station, tap the QR code icon at the top right of the screen and scan the QR code. Alternatively, you can select an available connector from the displayed charging station. Start the charging process with "Order with payment".

Please note: You need an active MINI Charging contract for the vehicle you want to charge and it must be active in the MINI App.
