How can I use the MINI App to scan the QR code of a public charging station to start charging?

To start charging at a public charging station by scanning a QR code, select the following in the MINI App:

  • "Vehicle" (tab) 
  • "Charge here" (lightning bolt icon in the "Charging" section)
  • Tap on the QR code icon at the top right of the screen,
  • Scan the QR code and start the charging process with "Order with payment".
