What should I do if the insurance company sends me a repair check made out to MINI Financial Services?

When you receive the insurance company's check to cover the repair bill, it may be payable to both you and us. If so, do not endorse it! Only MINI Financial Services can endorse checks. Please send the joint-payee check to MINI Financial Services promptly, along with a copy of the repair order and the body shop's address, or a copy of your paid receipt. Send all joint-payee checks to: MINI Financial Services Attn: Insurance Section PO Box 8002 Hilliard, OH 43026-8002 If, however, your MINI is declared a total loss and you receive a total loss joint-payee check, please endorse the check and send it to the address shown above.
