How do I track the status of my new MINI vehicle order online?

Once production begins you can track your new MINI in the MINI Owner's Lounge. 

If you’re a first-time MINI owner:

1. Visit MyGarage.miniusa.com
2. Click “Register now”
3. Enter your information to set up an account and check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. Click “Register now”
   • Check your email to complete the registration.
5. Once you open the email, select “My Garage”

If you’re a current MINI owner, use the same log in credentials you use for your MINI Connected account.  If you are unsure of your MINI Connected credentials, contact MINI Assist at 1-866-860-0060 to obtain your email and password.

1. Visit MyGarage.miniusa.com
2. Enter your MINI ID (email address) and Password of the primary account holder
3. Click “Login”

Add your MINI for tracking.

1. Click “Track My MINI” header
2. Click “Track your new MINI”
3. Enter your 17-digit VIN, if available.
   • Or, click “Vehicle still in production?  Enter your Production Number instead” to enter the production number.
4. Click “Next”
5. Click “Add Vehicle”
6. Once you add the vehicle, you can click “My Vehicles” on the My Garage menu, then “Track Status” to view a  production timeline. 

You will be able to track through the 16 events below.

1. Order received – Your order has been received, and we’re making space in the production schedule.
2. Scheduled for production – The factory has scheduled production of your unique MINI.
3. Production begins – Today’s the day:  your MINI has entered the production queue.
4. Exterior body assembly begins – Your MINI is taking shape.  Exterior body construction has begun.
5. In the paint booth – Your MINI is ready to show its true colors in the paint shop.
6. Entering assembly line – On to the assembly line, where your MINI really starts to come together.
7. Assembly in progress – Your MINI is being assembled.
8. Quality check – We’re doing our last checks to make sure your MINI is just right.
9. Final assembly – Putting on the finishing touches that make every MINI special.
10. Ready for transport – Your MINI is being prepared for transport.
11. Awaiting carrier assignment – A carrier has been assigned to take care of your MINI.
12. Dispatched from factory – Your new MINI has left the factory, and is on its way to you.
13. At the port – Your MINI has arrived at the port.
14. In transit – Your MINI is in transit.  It won’t be long now.
15. At the dealership – It’s so close – your MINI has arrived at your MINI dealer.
16. Vehicle delivered – Your MINI is home.
