How do I sign up for text messages about MINI ChargeForward?

If you are using the ChargeForward service via the MINI App, make sure you are signed up to receiving text messages. Through text messages we will (1) notify you about any upcoming Demand Response events and (2) confirm your smart charging/optimization.

 

To sign up, please follow the below steps:

  1. Open ChargeForward within the MINI App from your Apple or Android device
  2. Tap the Settings tab
  3. Tap the Notifications tab, you may need to scroll to the right
  4. Tap the Sign Up button
  5. Enter your phone number
  6. Tap the checkbox to agree to the terms
  7. Tap the blue Sign Up button
  8. Shortly after signing up, you will receive a text message from MINI ChargeForward
  9. Text JOIN to finalize

In case you wish to stop receiving the text messages, simply text STOP.
