When should I leave my paired device in the charging tray?

There are two instances in which the paired device should be left in the charging tray.

 

  • When starting the vehicle
  • When using the trunk button on the interior of the driver’s door.

 

Please Note: These actions are not necessary for MINI Digital Key Plus users with Comfort Access compatible devices
