How do I log in my mobile device to the personal hotspot in my MINI with Operating System 9?

Mobile devices are automatically detected in the vehicle interior. If the device is already registered in the vehicle, the connection is established automatically. 

 

To activate the personal hotspot and register a device, proceed as follows:

  1. Apps menu
  2. "All".
  3. Select “Personal hotspot”.
  4. Log the desired mobile device into the personal hotspot:

– Scan the QR code shown in the control display.

– Enter the displayed access data on the mobile end device. The number of connected mobile devices is displayed.
