What is the NACS Remote Software Upgrade, and when will I receive it?

The NACS RSU (version 25-11-530) is required in order to enable NACS charging and is expected to begin rolling out on 12/01/2025. If a customer has not yet received the upgrade, they should first verify the vehicle’s eligibility for Tesla Superchargers and ensure the vehicle software is up to date prior to the RSU rollout. The update may take a few days to reach your vehicle. After receiving the RSU and activating the adapter through the MINI App, customers will be able to charge at available Tesla Superchargers displayed in the app.
