What can I do if the MINI App does not update the vehicle status?

The MINI App allows you to be up to date about your MINI's status. After logging in, the Vehicle tab shows you your general Vehicle’s Status. ALL GOOD means “everything is fine”. If e.g. your vehicle is unlocked or tire pressure is low you are informed about this there. It also shows you when your MINI sent the last status update.

 

To update the Vehicle Status, just pull down the page to refresh the screen. Click on your MINI or Check Status to find different Vehicle Status menus like ‘TOP, DOORS & WINDOWS’, ‘SECURITY OVERVIEW’,‘TIRE CONDITION’, 'SERVICES' or 'SOFTWARE'. Under Top, Doors & Windows you see whether your MINI is locked or unlocked and whether all doors and windows are closed or whether some of them are open. Under Services you can check whether e.g. your engine oil (level) is fine or mileage. This menu is also available if your Vehicle Status is "ALL GOOD".
