How do I make a payment to my MINI Financial Services account?

There are many ways that you can make a payment on your MINI Financial Services account.

 

Online:

  • Make a payment online via the MINI Owner’s Lounge:  Log in to the Owner’s Lounge
  • MINI App: To utilize the MINI App to make a payment, you will need to link your Owner’s Lounge web account.
    • Open the MINI App.
    • Choose the "Services & Stores" tab (shopping bag and car icon)
    • Scroll down to "Financial Services"
    • Choose “Self serve your agreements”
    • Once your account is linked you can make payments via the app or web.

By Phone:

  • Call 1-866-646-4463 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make a one-time, same-day payment.

 

By Mail:  Include your 10-digit MINI Financial Services Account # on the check.

MINI FS accepts payment by checking account, savings account, or debit cards for monthly payments. Credit card payments are not accepted.
