Is MINI Digital Key deactivation instant?

Yes, the deactivation of the Digital Key is instant when completed from the MINI Interaction Unit. For safety reasons when the driver stops sharing a Digital Key, the deleted shared key will be in a “pre-deletion” state. The key will remain in a “pre-deletion” state until another active key (digital or physical fob) uses the vehicle. However, if a shared key user revokes their access, it is immediate.
