How do I share a MINI Digital Key with other people?

The MINI Digital Key makes it possible to share digital keys with other people. This option is available via the smartphone that is enabled as main digital key. This function must be supported by the smartphone. To share the digital key:

  1. Select the corresponding function on the smartphone, for instance in the Wallet app. 
  2. As soon as a digital key is shared with another person, the person will receive an invitation.
  3. When the invitation is accepted, the digital key on the recipient's smartphone will be activated.
