How do I contact MINI Connected?

Only in the event of an emergency:  Press the SOS button to contact a MINI Assist Response Center agent for help. Under certain conditions, for example if the airbags are deployed, your vehicle will automatically call MINI Assist immediately after an accident of corresponding severity. 

 

For non-emergency situations:  For model year 2025 vehicles and newer equipped with MINI Operating System 9 and later, contact MINI Connected by selecting “MINI Customer Support” or “MINI Assist” option within the vehicle. 

      • Select "Apps" > "All"
      • Select "MINI Assist"

 

For all other model years or as an alternative to reach MINI Connected support, MINI Assist Customer Care can also be reached at 1-866-860-0060 or via email at customercare.miniassist@miniusa.com
