How do I activate or deactivate Distance Control in my MINI with MINI Operating System 9?

With the distance control, a distance to a vehicle driving ahead can be adjusted in addition to the Cruise Control.  Distance Control is operated using the buttons on the left of the steering wheel. Switch on Cruise Control with Distance Control using the buttons on the steering wheel.

  1. To switch on Cruise Control with Distance Control, press the on/off button on the left side of the steering wheel.
  2. If necessary, press the MODE button on the left side of the steering wheel repeatedly until Distance Control is selected.
