Do I need an active Connected service account for the MINI ChargeForward program?

Yes. In order to successfully smart charge, you'll need an active Connected Services subscription tied to your selected vehicle. 

 

Steps to ensure Connected is activated on your selected vehicle.

  • Log on to mygarage.miniusa.com
  • Scroll down and click on My Vehicle Profile (If you do not see your vehicle listed, take the time to add it here now).
  • Remote Services Status should be green and set as On.
  • Under My Digital Services you should see Connected Services as Active.
