How do I contact MINI Roadside Assistance or Accident Assistance?

Whenever your vehicle needs Roadside Assistance, including minor accidents, trained MINI Agents are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The team can be reached through the following convenient contact options.

 

  • Call 1-866-MINI-RSA (1-866-646-4772) for Roadside Assistance or Accident Assistance.
  • In your vehicle, you can contact MINI Roadside Assistance or Accident Assistance by selecting the appropriate “MINI Roadside Assistance” or “MINI Accident Assistance” option within iDrive This can be accessed in the following ways, based on your vehicle’s iDrive/Operating System generation.
    • Model 2025 and later:  Apps > "All" > "MINI Assist" > "MINI Roadside Assistance" 
    • Model year 2019 - Model Year 2024:  MINI Connected > "MINI Assist" > "MINI Roadside Assistance" 
  • In the MINI App, select the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and then select “24/7 Accident & Roadside Assistance”
  • For follow-up questions about a recent roadside event, email Roadside.Assistance@miniusa.com.

Please note, in the event of a minor accident which does not initiate an emergency request/MINI Assist emergency call, a pop-up may appear on your screen to request that an Accident Assistance call be made.
