MINI Connected services for US specification vehicles have been designed for use within the United States, Canada and some U.S Territories. If the vehicle is driven in other regions these digital services may not work properly or will not function at all.
Furthermore, if one or more digital services work properly when taking possession of the vehicle there is no guarantee that it is a stable condition, as it is possible that digital services stop working, for example due to a software update or differences in international cellular roaming availability if the vehicle is driven cross-border.
In the USA or Canada, the integrated telematics module, MINI Connected and the integrated features, are otherwise fully functional (but still may be subject to limitations such as related to cellular network capacity, topological and geographic conditions, or telematic equipment issues).
