How do I switch from Apple CarPlay to MINI apps and functions in the MINI system?

To use MINI apps and functions, you must exit Apple CarPlay. To do this, select the Home icon on the central instrument. Apple CarPlay remains active in the background and can be selected again using the Apple CarPlay icon in the menu bar. Alternatively, you can temporarily deactivate Apple CarPlay in the "Mobile devices" menu, e.g., to use your iPhone without Apple CarPlay.
