Adjusting Seat Position and Height:
For the power crowd: if your seat is electronically adjustable, all the magic happens on the side panel.
- The long switch toward the front moves the seat forward or back.
- Pressing the front or rear edge of that same switch raises or lowers the seat height.
- Behind it, the smaller switch adjusts the backrest angle so you can find your ideal recline.
- The round button toward the back fine-tunes the lumbar support and turns on the massage feature.
Saving Settings to MINI ID Profile:
You can link your physical and digital keys to your MINI ID profile.
- From the apps menu: Select "Vehicle"
- Then "Seat Comfort."
- Choose the seat you want and then adjust it to your liking using the buttons on the seat itself.
- Then select "Save seat position" on the center console.
- The next time your MINI ID profile is active, your seat will slide right into place.
Memory Buttons and Automatic Saving:
- Once you've found your perfect spot, press "SET," then press memory button one or two while the light is on.
- You'll hear a quick tone confirming your settings are saved.
In addition to memory buttons one and two, your MINI ID will also remember your most recent seat position automatically. Anytime you adjust your seat while driving, MINI remembers—like an autosave feature just for your comfort.
Lumbar Support and Massage Features;
The lumbar support helps your lower back and spine stay upright and comfy.
- Use the circular lumbar button to fine-tune your lower back support. Press it forward or backward to increase or decrease the cushion's inflation, and press it up or down to move the support higher or lower along your back.
- Use the massage options to boost circulation and prevent fatigue on long trips. To activate, launch the apps menu and navigate to "Vehicle," "Seat Comfort," then "Massage." and toggle massage on and choose your favorite style and intensity.
- You can also adjust settings using the round lumbar button on the side of the seat or press and hold the top of that button to automatically open the massage menu on the center display.
- To turn it off, simply press the lumbar button again.
Comfort Exit Feature:
When it's time to get out, if "Comfort Exit" is turned on, the seat will automatically slide back to give you more room, making it easier and more comfortable to step out.
