What happens if my payment doesn't clear?

If your payment is returned, for any reason, you may incur a charge. (The amount varies by state.) Some electronic payments may attempt to process a returned payment a second time. As soon as you notice that your payment has not cleared, you can make corrections and re-submit your payment.
